SCHEDULE OF FEES:

  • $75- legal fee for traffic tickets that are not in warrant.
     

  • $100 (and up)- legal fee for traffic tickets that are in warrant.
     

  • traffic ticket warrant jail release also available (legal fee varies).

 

WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW...

Either of the following may result in your drivers license being suspended:

*two convictions for not having valid auto liability insurance.

*one conviction for not wearing your corrective lenses (i.e., glasses or  contacts).
 

New Texas laws went into effect on September 1, 2003, and will significantly change how certain traffic ticket convictions can affect you.  In most cases, we can help keep your traffic ticket from appearing on your record.  Even if you are unable to appear in court, we can assist you.
