We also handle all other Class "C" misdemeanors for which you might have been issued a ticket or taken to jail.  These include: public intoxication, theft (under $50), possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco, disorderly conduct, truancy, issuance of a bad check, reckless damage, manifestation purpose of prostitution, assault by threat or contact, as well as alleged violations of the city code.
